Holosun HM3X Flip-Up Red Dot Magnifier
Mounted at the same height as the sight, it provides a constant 3× optical magnification. This allows a red dot sight to be converted into a low-magnification telescope. Unlike a spotting scope solution, the advantage of this setup is that the magnifier can simply be flipped aside when needed, making the primary sight immediately usable again.
If the user wishes to remove the magnifier entirely, it can be done quickly and efficiently using the QD lever. This simple solution requires no additional tools after initial setup, meaning the magnifier doesn’t have to stay on the weapon constantly. The housing is made of durable machined aluminum with a micro-arc oxidation finish for a matte surface.
The included spacer allows the device to be used at both Absolute and Lower ⅓ Co-Witness heights. The device features a high VLT (Visible Light Transmission) of 75% for its category. This ensures good clarity even as magnification increases. The magnifier features both vertical and horizontal adjustment.
