BC ARMS – Ballistic Plate Patrol K K2+ – For Women – Size M – BCA-PATROL-K
The BC ARMS ballistic plate was created primarily with female uniformed officers in mind. Its design takes into account the key parameters required for daily use, namely low weight and sufficient ballistic protection. Weighing approximately 600 g, it offers ballistic protection against 9×19 mm rounds at speeds up to 470 m/s and 7.62×25 mm rounds at speeds up to 570 m/s. It meets IIIA+ and K2 standards.
The plate is designed to meet the SAPI (Small Arms Protection Insert) standard. This means it fits perfectly with Plate Carrier vests. The plate is designed with female anatomy and silhouette in mind, which is evident in the curvature and contouring used. The plate’s profile is multi-faceted and tapered, improving its fit for most body types.
Compared to the calibers tested on it, the plate showed less than 20 mm of backface deformation, which should minimize negative side effects from impacts.
