Vector Optics – Open Collimator Frenzy-S 1x19x28 – MGT – Picatinny – Black – SCRD-66
An open collimator with a custom curved lens and a 3 MOA size red dot from Vector Optics. The custom lens made it possible to achieve sight dimensions of 19×28 mm, which will make it easier to operate in both dynamic and static situations. The collimator owes its strength to its manufacture from 7075 T6 aluminum alloy.
During shooting practice, it is worth taking care not only of the weapon’s optics, but also of protecting your own eyesight, for example, by wearing ballistic goggles. The curved lens of the collimator has been multi-coated for increased durability against damage and better visibility performance. The sealing of the housing meets the IPX7 waterproof rating, so it can be used in harsh weather conditions.
The sight is powered by a single CR1632 battery, which is replaced from the side on a dedicated tray. Thanks to this solution, the settings will not be upset when changing the battery. The collimator itself can operate up to 50,000 h on a single battery. The sight has an 11-level brightness adjustment of the sight dot.
A motion sensor has been installed in the Frenzy-S, which will automatically turn off the sight after a long moment of no change in position, saving the battery for later. The sight can be adjusted within a range of +/- 120 MOA, where one click is 1 MOA. A Picatinny rail mount is included, and the mounting plate is compatible with the MGT standard.
