Prices for products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price. The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the chosen delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer during the checkout process. Product information is provided in the Online Store directly next to the goods.

Placing an Order

To order goods, add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required data fields and select a suitable delivery method. The total cost will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid via a bank link or another payment solution. The agreement takes effect upon receipt of the amount due in the Online Store’s bank account. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible, and the paid funds (including delivery costs) will generally be refunded within 1–2 business days. Depending on the payment method, the refund may take up to 7 business days to arrive.

Delivery

Goods are shipped to the following European Union countries. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method. Shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 3–5 business days from the entry into force of the sales agreement. Delivery outside Estonia takes place within 3–14 calendar days. In exceptional cases, the Online Store has the right to deliver the goods within up to 30 calendar days. If the Online Store has informed the buyer of delivery problems and a deadline exceeding 30 calendar days on the website or in the order confirmation, the deadline published by the Online Store shall apply.

Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days [depending on the products, the buyer may not have a right of withdrawal; in such cases, the relevant products and services must be listed and must meet the conditions listed in § 53 (4) of the Law of Obligations Act]. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity. To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods in the same way as is permitted for testing goods in a physical store. If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods. To return the goods, a withdrawal application must be submitted, the form for which can be found here: withdrawal application, and sent to the e-mail address no later than 14 days after receiving the goods. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, except when the reason for the return is that the item does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g., a wrong or defective item). The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that they have handed the goods over to the carrier within the aforementioned period. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Online Store shall immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal application, refund all payments received from the buyer under the contract. The Online Store may refuse to make refunds until it has received the item that is the subject of the contract or until the buyer has provided proof of having sent the item back, whichever occurs earlier. If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the cost exceeding the cost associated with the standard delivery method. The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store is, due to an error, marked significantly below the market price of the goods.

Right to File a Claim

The Online Store is responsible for any non-compliance or defect of the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery and which appears within two years of the delivery of the goods to the buyer. During the first year after delivery, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. Rebutting this presumption is the responsibility of the Online Store. In the event of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months by sending an e-mail to info@treest.eu or by calling: +372 6 843 348. The Online Store is not responsible for defects that occur after the delivery of the goods due to the consumer’s actions or omissions (improper use, accident, etc.) or for normal wear and tear resulting from the regular use of the item. If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund all fees associated with the sales agreement to the buyer.

The Online Store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a format that allows for written reproduction within 15 days.

Settlement of Disputes: If the buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent to the e-mail address info@treest.eu or by calling: +372 6 843 348.

If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee.

The procedural terms can be reviewed and an application submitted at https://ttja.ee/.
